How to create and manage issues in CollabOps
Creating an Issue
You can create an issue by clicking the New Issue button within a project.
Required Information
Title: A concise title describing the issue
Description: Detailed content of the issue (Markdown supported)
Assignee: The team member responsible for handling the issue
Priority: Critical, High, Medium, Low
Issue Status
Issues have the following statuses:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Open | A newly created issue |
| In Progress | An issue currently being worked on |
| In Review | Awaiting review |
| Done | A completed issue |
Filtering Issues
You can search for issues by combining various filters in the sidebar:
By assignee
By priority
By label
By status
