👥 Account & Team Management

How do I invite team members?

Navigate to Team SettingsMembers and click "Invite Members". You can invite via:

  • Email addresses (individual or bulk)
  • Shareable invite links
  • Domain-based auto-join (Enterprise plan)

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime from SettingsBilling. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges.

How do I transfer ownership of a workspace?

Only workspace owners can transfer ownership:

  1. Go to SettingsGeneral
  2. Click "Transfer Ownership"
  3. Select the new owner from your team
  4. Confirm the transfer

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

  • Immediate access: You keep full access until your billing period ends
  • Data retention: Your data is kept for 90 days after cancellation
  • Downgrade option: You can downgrade to the free plan instead of canceling
