co update — self update
Update co to the latest version
co update updates co to the latest version. The downloaded file is verified against its sha256 before being swapped in safely.
On co 1.2.2 or earlier, or the old Node.js-based co? co update cannot reach the latest release — those builds look at the retired docs.collabops.ai release path. Reinstall once with the installer: curl -fsSL https://docs.collabops.ai/install.sh | bash (Windows: irm https://docs.collabops.ai/install.ps1 | iex) — after that, co update and auto-update work normally.
Basic usage
co update # exit if already latest, otherwise download and swap
co update --check # only check, don't download
co update --force # re-download even when versions match| Flag | Description |
